These terms cover the Anniversary.Ai app and the invitation pages on this website, published by OpenEducation. By using them, you agree to what is written here.

Using the app

The core planner, guest list, budget, basic invitation, RSVP and guest messages are free. Some features need premium, which is a one-time purchase through Google Play and unlocks premium for both partners in the same wedding.

Your content

The couple is responsible for the text, photos, QR codes and bank details they put on an invitation. Only upload photos you have the right to share, and only share an invitation link with people you want to see it. We may remove an invitation that is used for spam, fraud or anything unlawful.

Guest replies and messages

Guests are responsible for what they write. Links are not allowed in messages. The couple can hide any message from their invitation, and we may remove messages that are abusive.

AI writer

AI text is a draft and can contain mistakes, so read it before you use it. The AI writer does not write Quran verses, hadith, prayers or other scripture. Please take those from a trusted source. Free weddings get 3 uses in total, and premium weddings get 50 uses a day.

Purchases and refunds

Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under Google Play’s refund policy. If a purchase is refunded or cancelled, premium features may be switched off for that wedding.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything important, such as the final guest list. To the extent the law allows, OpenEducation is not liable for indirect losses from using the service.
